Hospital Manager



Jeremy has been a part of Verde Veterinary since 2016. His background is in accounting and business which has taken him across the state of Arizona from Tucson to Globe and finally to Cottonwood. Jeremy is also a veteran of the United States Army. If you find Jeremy in the hospital his furry baby Missy will probably be close by; since coming together early in 2017 the two have become inseparable. Jeremy is active in our community and volunteers with Mingus athletics as well as a CASA. He also sits on the board of directors for the local CASA support board. His home is filled with his furry friends and his son who is the center of his world.

Client Service Representatives



Amelia was raised in the small mountain town in Tollhouse, California. She is the aunt of 10 and the mother of 2 cats that she adopted from Verde Veterinary Hospital. Amelia has been a part of Verde Veterinary Hospital since June of 2017. Outside of work Amelia enjoys relaxing, doing a little yoga, and organizing her closet.




Janine has been a part of Verde Veterinary Hospital for over 12 years. When she’s not taking care of your pets she is caring for her own 3 dogs and 3 cats. She also has a freshwater pond stocked with fish. Besides being a great technician Janine is the person who maintains and cares for the aquarium in our lobby. She also enjoys gardening and making jewelry.



A native of Illinois, Jeff moved to Cottonwood in 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, majoring in biology, in 1987. He has been a member of Verde Veterinary Hospital’s team of technicians since December of 2017. Previously, Jeff worked at a leading veterinary reference laboratory for 23 years. Jeff has 3 dogs at home, 2 standard wirehaired dachshunds named Ziggy and Zoey and a miniature longhaired dachshund named Sprinkle. He exhibits his dogs in conformation shows and field trials.



Having grown up around many exotic animals and with one of his first jobs being in a retail pet store, the transition into veterinary medicine was an easy decision for Tim. He began working as a veterinary technician in early 2004 and earned his Certified Veterinary Technician credentials in March of 2010. He has amassed hundreds of hours in continuing education in all aspects of veterinary medicine and practice management. He has worked in most positions in the veterinary field from reception to technician to office manager. Tim has been a part of Verde Veterinary Hospital since 2012. He has a strong interest in education, both in his own and in educating clients about the health of their pets. In his free time he spends as much time as possible outdoors kayaking, hiking, gardening, fishing, and riding his dirt bike. Tim has 7 cats, 2 dogs, 3 hedgehogs, and a small flock of chickens in his back yard.



Rick has been a part of Verde Veterinary Hospital since 2007. He has been raising Doberman pinschers since 1972 and currently has 3 Doberman pinschers he shows and does obedience training with. He enjoys traveling in his fifth wheel RV with his wife of 46 years.



Jackie has a beautiful dog named “Princess” who is a 9 year old Chihuahua/dauschand mix.  She is married and she and her husband are very active with volleyball, anything outdoors, and spending time with their families.  Jackie’s other great love is her morning coffee. 

Kennel Technicians



Evie has been with Verde Veterinary Hospital since May of 2010 as a kennel technician. She is also happy to help out however she can throughout the hospital. Caring for your pets has been so rewarding for Evie and she looks forward to continuing to do so. Her hobbies include swimming, needlepoint, reading, and writing memoirs about her animal nanny experiences. She is also kept busy with five cats and a dog of her own. Evie looks forward to being able to care for your pets.
